About Paul Brandvold
I’m an IT Service Management leader, ITIL Master, writer, and speaker focused on the human side of ITSM.
For more than 15 years, I've worked inside IT Operations and leadership. That experience shaped how I see service management. Most challenges aren't technical, they are cultural.
My work explores the gap between how ITSM looks on paper and how it feels in real life. I write about trust, behavior, leadership, and the everyday friction teams navigate.
